Focuses practice in the areas of construction litigation, copyright and trademark litigation, defense of claims of wrongful termination and harassment based on age or sex both at the trial and appellate levels. Prosecutes copyright and trademark matters before the United State Patent and Trademark Office and advises clients on intellectual property and domain name issues.
