Commercial, Banking & Bankruptcy and Transportation Groups.  Focuses practice in the areas of commercial and business law, banking, transportation, and franchise law.  Represents transportation companies, particularly railroads, and automobile manufacturers/distributors in federal, bankruptcy, state, administrative, and arbitration venues in the defense of claims under state and federal law.  She is involved in all aspects of relationships between manufacturers/distributors and dealers including enforcement of franchise quality industry standards, allocation issues and counseling regarding general distribution arrangements.

She also represents lenders in real estate and asset-based lending, including automotive and boat floor plan and retail financing lenders.  She frequently negotiates and prepares out-of-court workout agreements.  Also has represented lenders in federal, bankruptcy, and state court venues in actions to recover property and amounts due under obligations in default.
