Represents commercial, retail, food service, industrial, recreational facility, and retirement community and residential development applicants in obtaining project approvals from municipal planning and zoning boards in matters relating to subdivision, zoning, site development and modification.  Also handles environmental compliance and permitting, regulation and litigation matters.
