William G. Wright and Sergio I. Scuteri Join Capehart ScatchardSergio ScuteriWilliam Wright

Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that William G. Wright and Sergio I. Scuteri have joined its Business, Commercial and Litigation Departments in the Mt. Laurel office.

A resident of Mount Laurel, Mr. Wright joins Capehart Scatchard as a Shareholder. He focuses his practice in commercial bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. For over twenty five years he has represented banks and other financial institutions. He has appeared in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Mr. Wright received his law degree from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, with honors. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with distinction. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.

A resident of Marlton, Mr. Scuteri joins Capehart Scatchard as an associate. He focuses his practice in commercial bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. He represents national and regional lending institutions and other credit issuing entities. He also represents contractors in the filing of mechanics liens and with general construction litigation.

Mr. Scuteri received his law degree from Temple University School of Law and his B.S. degree from Rutgers University School of Business at Camden, magna cum laude.
