Capehart Scatchard Shareholder Recognized As Rising Star

Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Prudence M. Higbee has recently been named New Jersey Super Lawyers - 2009 New Jersey Rising Star as voted by her peers and facilitated by Law & Politics and New Jersey Monthly.

Ms. Higbee, a Washington Township resident, focuses her practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers' compensation defense matters.

Among her professional activities, she is a member of the American, New Jersey State (Workers' Compensation Division) and Gloucester County Bar Associations. Additionally, Ms. Higbee is a alumni member of the Phi Delta Phi, Harrington Inn Honors Chapter.

Ms. Higbee received her law degree from Widener University School of Law, where she was a member of the Widener Law Symposium Journal, and her B.A. degree from Rowan University.
