Capehart Employment Lawyers Address Sexual Harassment Training Issues

Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart attorneys, Carol L. Jennings, Esq. and Stephen J. Alexander, Esq. recently presented a seminar entitled "Sexual Harassment Training -- Everything You Need to Know" at the Marriott in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

The attorneys provided case law updates; employer requirements for training all employees in sexual harassment; provided 10 commandments for preventing sexual harassment, reporting, investigating and effective prompt and remedial action by the employer. Additionally, they discussed other recognized forms of harassment based on culture, race, religion, disability and sexual preference.
