Workers' Compensation Shareholder Speaks at NovaCare Seminar

Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard Shareholder, Stephen T. Fannon, Esq. recently spoke at the quarterly meeting of Atlantic County business leaders sponsored by NovaCare in Galloway Township, New Jersey.

In his presentation, he spoke on recent cases in New Jersey workers' compensation, the new rates for permanency in 2010 and the status of emergent motions for medical and temporary benefits.
