Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard workers' compensation attorney, Michael L. Bileci recently spoke at a Continuing Legal Education seminar on Advanced Workers' Compensation. The seminar was held by the National Business Institute in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Mr. Bileci spoke on the topic of "Medical Issues And Their Role In The Complex Workers' Compensation Claim." In his presentation he covered the issues of psychiatric injuries, occupational stress claims, work-related aggravations of pre-existing conditions, repetitive motion and related injuries and vocational rehabilitation. Mr. Bileci also participated in a panel discussion on "Ethical Obligations."
Mr. Bileci, a Woodbury resident, represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims at all stages of litigation.
Mr. Bileci received his law degree from Widener University School of Law, cum laude and his B.A. degree from Saint Joseph's University, cum laude. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
