Capehart Scatchard Workers' Compensation Attorneys Address Novacare Rehabilitation
Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard workers' compensation attorneys, Michael L. Bileci and Richard E. Hickey, III, former Administrative Supervisory Judge, recently spoke at a NovaCare Advisory Meeting in Galloway Township.

Bileci
and Judge Hickey spoke on the topic of "Key Court Decisions You Need To Know From 2009-2010." Their presentation covered recent workers' compensation opinions decided by the Appellate Division. Additionally, they spoke on an ongoing case that when decided, may have considerable impact on the workers' compensation arena.
Mr. Bileci, a Woodbury resident, represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims at all stages of litigation.
Mr. Bileci received his law degree from Widener University School of Law, cum laude and his B.A. degree from Saint Joseph's University, cum laude. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Judge Hickey, a West Deptford resident, received his law degree from Suffolk University School of Law and his B.S. degree in business administration from American International College. He currently serves as an adjunct professor for Rutgers Camden School of Law.
Judge Hickey served as a Workers' Compensation Judge from 1991 until 2009. Prior to becoming a judge, he served as a prosecutor for the County of Gloucester from 1986 until 1991.
He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Massachusetts, United States District Courts in New Jersey and Massachusetts, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Among his professional activities, he is a member of the Justice James Coleman Workers' Compensation Inn of Court, Gloucester County Bar Association (Past President), County Prosecutors' Association of New Jersey (President, 1989-1991) and a former member of the National District Attorneys Association.
