Capehart Scatchard Workers' Compensation Shareholder Addresses Burlington County Bar Association
Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard workers' compensation shareholder, Claire Y. Ringel, rec ently spoke at a Burlington County Bar Association seminar in Mount Holly, New Jersey.
Ms. Ringel spoke on the topic of "2010 Reported Workers' Compensation Cases." Her presentation covered recent workers' compensation reported opinions decided by the Appellate Division.
Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers' Compensation Trial Attorney, Ms. Ringel, a shareholder in the Workers' Compensation Department, is a Marlton resident, and represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims at all stages of litigation.
Ms. Ringel received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, with honors and her B.A. degree from Douglas College, Rutgers University - New Brunswick. Ms. Ringel is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court.
