Commercial Litigation Attorney Elevated to Shareholder
Mt. Laurel , NJ - - Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Sergio I. Scuteri, Esq. has been elevated to Shareholder.
A resident of Marlton, Mr. Scuteri focuses his practice in commercial bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. He represents national and regional lending institutions and other credit issuing entities. He also represents contractors in the filing of mechanics liens and with general construction litigation.
Mr. Scuteri received his law degree from Temple University School of Law and his B.S. degree from Rutgers University School of Business at Camden, magna cum laude.
Among his professional activities, Mr. Scuteri is a member of New Jersey and Camden County Bar Associations. Additionally, he serves as Executive Vice President of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia and is Immediate Past President of the Rutgers University - Camden Alumni Association.
