Litigation Shareholder Presents at Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey Seminar
Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard litigation shareholder Betsy G. Ramos, Esq. recently participated in a seminar on What Every Financial Professional Should Know about Estate Litigation for the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey in Voorhees, New Jersey.
Ms. Ramos discussed the basics of undue influence claims and how to prevent them. She also covered the topic of the life insurance beneficiary disputes.
Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, Ms. Ramos, a Mansfield resident, is a Shareholder and Co-Chair of Capehart Scatchard's Litigation Department in its Mt. Laurel office.
