Senior Attorney Blaine Capehart Celebrates Landmark Birthday
Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that its patriarchal partner, Blaine E. Capehart , Esq. celebrated his 100 th birthday on May 31, 2008.
Capehart Managing Shareholder, Peter S. Bejsiuk, Esq., commented, "Since 1930, Mr. Capehart has and continues to be a guiding force not only for our law firm but to the legal community at large. We are so proud to be associated with such a fine professional and wonderful man."
Mr. Capehart began his legal career with the firm of French, Richards and Bradley, from which the present firm evolved.
Mr. Capehart is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and American Bar Foundation. He is a member of American, New Jersey State, Burlington and Camden County Bar Associations, and the American Judicature Society. He was the recipient of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey Trial Bar Award and the 2002 NJ State Bar Professional Lawyer of the Year Award.
He attended Harvard University Law School until the Depression of the 1920's caused financial hardship, and eventually received his L.L.B. degree from Temple University Law School. He received his B.A. degree from Dickinson College.
