Thomas A. Clark III Joins Capehart Scatchard
Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Thomas A. Clark III, Esq. joined its Business, Commercial and Litigation Departments in the Mt. Laurel office.
A resident of Voorhees, New Jersey, Mr. Clark joins Capehart Scatchard as a Shareholder, having most recently been Managing Partner and a founding shareholder of Cureton Clark, P.C. He focuses his practice in business and commercial transactions, commercial real estate, land use, development and financing and environmental matters.
Mr. Clark received his law degree and bachelor's degree in accounting from West Virginia University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as the United States Court of Appeals Third Circuit.
Mr. Clark is a founding director of 1st Colonial National Bank and 1 st Colonial Bancorp and is a member of the New Jersey, Burlington County and Camden County Bar Associations as well as the Commercial Law League of America.
