Mt. Laurel, NJ - On March 19, 2012, Thomas D. Begley, III, Esquire served as a panelist at a seminar for the National Business Institute on "Resolving Legal and Financial Issues in Elder Care" in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
At this seminar, Mr. Begley facilitated a presentation, along with various insurance experts, on issues regarding long term care options and funding. In addition, Mr. Begley spoke about ethical considerations in representing the elderly and individuals with diminished capacity. When asked about his participation in this event, Mr. Begley stated, "We have an obligation to make sure that the ever growing elderly population is properly represented. They have done so much for our community and they deserve the best from us in return."
A resident of Moorestown, Mr. Begley is the Chair of the Trusts and Estates Group at Capehart Scatchard, which has its primary office in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. He was just named for the third consecutive year as one of the top lawyers in New Jersey by Super Lawyers. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney who received his law and undergraduate degrees from Georgetown University.
