Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Kailee H. Farrell, Esq. has recently joined the Firm's Workers' Compensation Department in its Mt. Laurel office.
Ms. Farrell, a Mount Laurel resident, represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims at all stages of litigation.
Ms. Farrell received her law degree from the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University, where she served as a member of the Drexel Law Review. She received a B.A. degree from Saint Joseph's University, magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Upon law school graduation, Ms. Farrell worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Evan H.C. Crook. Ms. Farrell is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
