Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Danielle E. Sapega, Esq. has recently joined the Firm's Workers' Compensation Department in its Mt. Laurel office.
Ms. Sapega, a Ewing resident, represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims at all stages of litigation.
Ms. Sapega received a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and her law degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of Publications on the Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law. She is the author of an article entitled "Federal Code Blue: The Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act's Prolonged Venture Into Malpractice Law." Ms. Sapega is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
