In addition to his responsibilities as an Executive Committee member, Mr. Saginario focuses his practice on regulatory and administrative matters including representing business entities and individuals with respect to environmental, transportation, public safety, and consumer affairs issues. Mr. Saginario also regularly represents business clients in complex civil litigation and franchise matters.
