Carol L. Jennings
Litigation Department. Ms. Jennings focuses her practice on litigation in the commercial/contractual, construction and transportation areas with a subspecialty focused on litigating, advising and drafting business and employment contracts and agreements containing non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure covenants. Ms. Jennings handles actions on the state, federal and appellate levels and represents a diverse group of national and local clients including construction project owners, contractors, medical device and implant dealer/distributors, consulting and management firms, nursing and physician practices, staffing, railroad, manufacturing, financial and lending institutions.
