William G. Wright
Business and Commercial Litigation Groups. Concentrates his practice in commercial bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. He has represented banks and other financial institutions for over twenty-five years. In that time, he has prosecuted and defended, among other bankruptcy matters, fraudulent conveyances, preferences, objections to claims, plan confirmations, cash collateral orders, motions for relief from stay and lease assumptions and rejections. He has appeared in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania including arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
