The Family Law Practice Group is led by Amy C. Goldstein, one of New Jersey's most renowned family law attorneys. Ms. Goldstein has 30 years of experience counseling clients on the full-range of family law issues. She is joined by attorneys Melissa L. Mignogna and Megan K. Feehan.

A resident of Cherry Hill, Ms. Goldstein's practice areas include marital and civil union dissolutions, appeals, alimony, child support, civil unions, cohabitation, child custody and parenting time, prenuptial/post nuptial/cohabitation agreements, post-divorce cases and related matters. Ms. Goldstein received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. She received her B.A., with Honors, Phi Beta Kappa from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
Ms. Goldstein has been named a "New Jersey Super Lawyer" by New Jersey Monthly magazine from 2005 through 2011 and a "Best Lawyer" in the area of family law by U.S. News and World Report in 2010 and 2011. She is also in the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers and has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1995.
A resident of Haddon Heights, Melissa L. Mignogna concentrates her practice in all aspects of family law. She received her J.D. from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware and her B.S. from Rutgers University in Camden. After completing law school, she secured a judicial clerkship with the Honorable John L. Call, Jr., now the presiding family law judge in Burlington County. She was named a "Rising Star" for 2011 and 2012 by New Jersey Monthly magazine.
A resident of Philadelphia, Megan K. Feehan concentrates her practice in all aspects of family law. She received her J.D. from Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law, with Honors and her B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College, with Honors, Phi Beta Kappa. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. After completing law school, she secured a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Gwendolyn Blue, Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden, New Jersey.
