
Mt. Laurel, NJ - - Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Melissa K. Bialos, Esq. and Maria L. Winters, Esq. have been elevated to Shareholders.
Both Ms. Bialos and Ms. Winters focus their practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers' compensation defense matters.
A resident of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Ms. Bialos is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the New Jersey Workers' Compensation American Inn of Court. She currently serves as Vice President of the Central Jersey Claims Association. She received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden and her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Temple University. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
A resident of Mount Laurel, Ms. Winters is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Burlington County Ethics Committee. She is also a member of the West Jersey Volunteers for the Animals. Ms. Winters received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden and her B.S. degree from The College of New Jersey. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
