Ms. Anderson focuses her practice in defense litigation with a concentration on Tort Claims Act defense, FELA, automotive accidents, premises liability, railroad accidents, civil rights, wrongful death, property damage, and professional malpractice. Her clients include municipalities, governmental entities, railroads, school boards, large and small business owners, and their insurers.  Ms. Anderson is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including trial and appellate practice.
