Labor and Employment Group and School Law Group. Focuses practice in the representation of public and private sector employers in labor and employment law matters such as negotiations, mediation and fact-finding, and grievance arbitration. Represents management before the National Labor Relations Board and New Jersey Public Employments Relations Commission. Also handles school law and civil rights law matters.
