Litigation Department. Ms. Jennings focuses her practice on litigation in the construction, commercial, and employment areas, and also litigates, drafts, and provides advice regarding non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements.
Ms. Jennings handles investigations and litigation on the state, federal, administrative, and appellate levels and handles a variety of litigation including termination and enforcement of contracts, leases and agreements; fraud actions; real estate disputes; personal injury actions; wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment actions; and financial and lending disputes. She represents a diverse group of national and local clients including nursing and physician practices, staffing, design, management, trucking, computer, manufacturing, financial, and lending institutions.
