Mr. Litt focuses his practice in general litigation throughout the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey with a concentration on insurance defense matters. Matt has successfully represented insurance companies in all aspects of litigation in cases involving construction liability, premises liability, bodily injury, property damage, coverage issues and through affirmative RICO litigation in cases involving insurance fraud. He has also represented municipal and private employers in cases involving claims of unlawful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and has counseled management clients on methods for avoiding litigation.
