The breakfast seminar series is especially designed for business owners or officers, administrators, human resource professionals, office managers and other personnel who are responsible for or involved with the day-to-day employment practices of an employer.
In this session, we will discuss the ADA, FMLA, and how they relate to each other. We will also cover how to determine if an employee is ready and able to return to work, as well as how HR professionals should approach workers’ compensation in the workplace.
