Mollenthiel and Abelson Join Capehart’s Workers’ Compensation Department

Mt. Laurel, NJ – – Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Ashley T. Mollenthiel, Esq. and Daniel A. Abelson, Esq. have recently joined the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department in its Mt. Laurel office.

Ms. Mollenthiel, a Galloway resident, and Mr. Abelson, a Mount Laurel resident, represent insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims at all stages of litigation.

Ms. Mollenthiel received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden and her B.A. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations with a Law and Society Concentration from Cornell University. Upon law school graduation, Ms. Mollenthiel worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Francis J. Orlando, in the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden County Vicinage.  She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Abelson received his law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and his B.A. degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Albany.  He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, District of Columbia, Florida and New York.
