Co-Chair Employment & Labor Practice. Mr. Smith practices in employment litigation and preventative employment practices, including counseling employers on the creation of employment policies, non-compete and trade secret agreements, and training employers to avoid employment-related litigation. He represents both companies and individuals in related complex commercial litigation before federal states courts and administrative agencies in labor and employment cases including race, gender, age, national origin, disability and workplace harassment and discrimination matters, wage-and-hour disputes, restrictive covenants, grievances, arbitration, drug testing, and employment related contract issues.
Sheila M. Mints
Chair, Healthcare Practice. Ms. Mints specializes in healthcare transactional matters, including shareholder and employment agreements, purchases and sales of medical practices, including ACO and IPO transactions, and practice mergers. Ms. Mints acts as general counsel to many large practices and ambulatory care facilities, assisting with transactional, tax, human resources mattes and negotiation with payors and vendors. Ms. Mints also handles governmental and commercial payor investigations and audits into health care billing and coding practices. An experienced tax lawyer, Ms. Mints represents her clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the federal Tax Court and state taxation departments in a variety of tax matters.

Chair, Business & Tax Practice. Chair, Wills, Trusts & Estates Practice. Ms. Khaleel concentrates her practice in the representation of individuals, business owners, medical, dental and other professionals in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, transactional and tax planning. Routinely handles matters of special needs planning including guardianship applications. Experience in complex business/estate and trust litigation matters in conjunction with the Litigation Group.

Christopher J. Hoare
Mr. Hoare specializes in legal malpractice, construction accident, NY Labor Law, construction defect, railroad defense, trucking/transportation liability, and medical malpractice litigation. Before becoming an attorney, he worked in railroad track construction and safety training at Conrail as well as a Legal Claims Agent for the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak). For 19 years, he has represented his clients in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania in legal malpractice, premises liability, transportation, trucking, and construction accident litigation (including NY Labor Law) cases.
Vincent T. Cieslik
Focuses his practice in the representation of individuals, small businesses, not-for-profits and and large corporations in complicated and often high-risk litigation. Vince’s areas of expertise are in commercial litigation, health care law, and estate law.
