Co-Chair, Commercial Litigation Practice. Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Concentrates his practice in commercial bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. He has represented banks and other financial institutions for over twenty-five years. In that time, he has prosecuted and defended, among other bankruptcy matters, fraudulent conveyances, preferences, objections to claims, plan confirmations, cash collateral orders, motions for relief from stay and lease assumptions and rejections. He has appeared in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania including arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Co-Chair, Commercial Litigation Practice. Ms. Ruccolo is an experienced “hands on” litigator with over 25 years of experience. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including the defense of class action litigation. She represents small, medium and large companies, banks and financial institutions and professionals and counsels them in all aspects of their business, from reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts in a wide variety of areas, addressing employment issues and compliance issues. Ms. Ruccolo knows that open and regular communication with her client is essential to meeting the client’s goals. Ms. Ruccolo tries to resolve business disputes before litigation becomes necessary.
Chair, Healthcare Practice. Ms. Mints specializes in healthcare transactional matters, including shareholder and employment agreements, purchases and sales of medical practices, including ACO and IPO transactions, and practice mergers. Ms. Mints acts as general counsel to many large practices and ambulatory care facilities, assisting with transactional, tax, human resources mattes and negotiation with payors and vendors. Ms. Mints also handles governmental and commercial payor investigations and audits into health care billing and coding practices. An experienced tax lawyer, Ms. Mints represents her clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the federal Tax Court and state taxation departments in a variety of tax matters.

Ms. Khaleel concentrates her practice in the representation of individuals, business owners, medical, dental and other professionals in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, transactional and tax planning. Routinely handles matters of special needs planning including guardianship applications. Experience in complex business/estate and trust litigation matters in conjunction with the Litigation Group.
