Benjamin P. Ojserkis


Mr. Ojserkis is an associate in the firm’s cannabis, business and healthcare law Departments where he focuses his practice in the emerging field of cannabis and in health care litigation and business matters for physicians and other medical professionals.

Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Mr. Ojserkis served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Anthony M. Massi, J.S.C. As an Eagleton Fellow and a recipient of  a Governor’s Executive Fellowship, he was assigned to the New Jersey Department of Health – Division of Medicinal Marijuana.
