Jessica M. Anderson


Ms. Anderson focuses her practice in defense litigation with a concentration on Tort Claims Act defense, FELA, automotive accidents, premises liability, railroad accidents, civil rights, wrongful death, property damage, and professional malpractice claims. Her clients include municipalities, governmental entities, railroads, school boards, large and small business owners, and their insurers.  Ms. Anderson is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including trial and appellate practice.

Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Ms. Anderson served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Tort Litigation Section of the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.  Prior thereto, Ms. Anderson served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Ronny J. Siegal, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Diversion, Family Part.
