Mr. Hewlett focuses his practice in general defense litigation throughout the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with a concentration on tort defense, automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability, construction accidents, negligent security, and wrongful death claims.

His clients range from major corporations to small business owners, manufacturers, and their insurers.  Mr. Hewlett has extensive litigation experience handling depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences.  Mr. Hewlett also has trial experience, having tried cases to verdict in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.  Mr. Hewlett has handled all aspects of a case from inception through appeal to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

While in law school, Mr. Hewlett interned at the Chester County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting felony and misdemeanor cases in preliminary hearings.
