Mr. Duffy focuses his practice in litigation through the federal and state courts of New Jersey, with a concentration on creditor’s rights, business collection, tort defense, premises liability and products liability defense, Tort Claims Act defense, construction, estates, employment and professional malpractice. Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Mr. Duffy worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael F. O’Neill, J.S.C.
