Capehart Scatchard Shareholder Inducted as a Fellow of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers

Mt. Laurel, NJ – – Capehart Scatchard Shareholder, Stephen T. Fannon, Esq. was recently inducted as a Fellow of the prestigious College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers (CWCL). The induction ceremony was held at the Midwinter Seminar & Conference of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the American Bar Association in Coral Gables, Florida.

Stephen T. FannonThe CWCL was established to honor attorneys who have distinguished themselves in the practice of workers’ compensation law. Members of the College have been nominated based on the outstanding traits they have developed in their practice of twenty years or longer, and acting for the benefit of all in education, overseeing agencies and developing legislation.

Mr. Fannon, a Marlton resident and co-chair of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department, has been with the firm for 33 years and concentrates his practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense.
