Ms. Dewland focuses her practice in litigation through the federal and state courts of New Jersey, with a concentration on creditor’s rights, business collection, tort defense, premises liability and products liability defense, Tort Claims Act defense, construction, estates, employment and professional malpractice.

Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Ms.Dewland was a law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Becker, Jr., J.S.C., Superior Court Of New Jersey, Criminal Div. in Woodbury, New Jersey. She also was a law clerk to the Honorable David W. Morgan, P.J., Ret., J.S.C., Superior Court Of New Jersey, Civil Div. in Woodbury, New Jersey.
