Ms. Diaz focuses her practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters. Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Ms. Diaz served as a Law Clerk at the Appellate Division for the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office. She also served as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Andre M. Espinosa, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Diaz is fluent in Spanish.
