Ms. Hammill-Pasqua focuses her practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters, as well as Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation and Defense Base Act matters. Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Anne served as a Judicial Clerk for Director/Chief Judge Paul A. Kapalko, Division of Workers’ Compensation for the State of New Jersey and a Judicial Intern for the Office of the Governor, Governor Christine Todd Whitman, US Attorney Office.
