Ms. Bayard focuses her practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters. Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Emily served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Mega, P.J. Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey.
