Ms. Vidal concentrates her practice in estate and tax planning, estate administration, business and corporate services and elder law. Her specialty incorporates matters such as business succession planning, tax advice, contract drafting, estate plan drafting, preparation of estate and gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns; corporate business and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses, preparation of shareholder agreements and operating agreements and negotiation and preparation of employment agreements/non-competition agreements. Additionally, she advises non-profit entities on issues of formation, organization, tax exempt issues and governance.
In 2011, Ms. Vidal received the “Outstanding Woman of the Year Award – Community Service” from the Burlington County Advisory Council on Women, which is given to a woman in the community who exemplifies commitment to the community through participation and leadership in charitable and civic organizations. She also received the “Community Advocate of the Year” NAWBO South Jersey award in 2006.
