Mr. Szewczuk is an experienced litigator with over 30 years’ experience defending New York clients in a wide variety of issues including labor and employment, insurance, civil litigation, insurance defense, premise liability and commercial motor vehicle, and premises liability. Throughout his career, Mr. Szewczuk has had dozens of successful jury trial verdicts in various venues in New York. Mr. Szewczuk is fluent in Spanish.
