Mr. Scuteri represents national and regional lending institutions and other credit issuing entities in the areas of commercial litigation, collections, bankruptcy, work outs and foreclosure. In addition, Mr. Scuteri represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction litigation, payment bond, and mechanic’s lien matters. 75% of Mr. Scuteri’s practice is devoted to litigation. Mr. Scuteri also serves as assistant general counsel to a national manufacturing company, where he advises on issues from business policy development to construction litigation.

Mr. Rizzi focuses his practice in the representation of business, real estate and land use, and school law matters.

Co-Chair, Real Estate & Land Use Practice. Ms. Dugan’s practice focuses on representation of real estate, land use, business and corporate matters. She also handles borrower and secured transactions, commercial leasing, commercial sales and acquisitions, contracts, land use and zoning, landlord/tenant issues, title insurance, and mortgages.

Thomas A. Clark III
Mr. Clark concentrates his practices in the areas of business and commercial transactions, commercial real estate, land use, land development, banking and financing and environmental matters, as well as professional malpractice. Half of Mr. Clark’s practice is devoted to real estate and business litigation, and half of his practice is devoted to commercial litigation. He also has many years of experience in the area of commercial litigation, with an emphasis in creditors’ rights, uniform commercial code and business ownership matters. He has successfully tried to conclusion numerous cases involving creditors’ rights and various commercial disputes in all of the state trial courts in the firm’s practice area, as well as in the United States District Courts in New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is general counsel to numerous small businesses.
