Mt. Laurel, NJ – – Capehart Scatchard workers’ compensation attorney, Richard E. Hickey, III, former Administrative Supervisory Judge recently spoke at a seminar on “Hot Topics in Workers’ Compensation Law 2013” sponsored by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Judge Hickey spoke on the topic of “Compliance with New CMS/MSP Protocols.”

Judge Richard E. Hickey IIIJudge Hickey, a West Deptford resident, received his law degree from Suffolk University School of Law and his B.S. degree in business administration from American International College. He currently serves as an adjunct professor for Rutgers Camden School of Law. Judge Hickey served as a Workers’ Compensation Judge from 1991 until 2009. Prior to becoming a judge, he served as a prosecutor for the County of Gloucester from 1986 until 1991.
