Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Workers’ Compensation Department Shareholder Nicholas Stephens successfully completed an Ironman held in Chattanooga, Tennessee on September 29, 2024.
The Ironman triathlon is a grueling event consisting of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile marathon run, all to be completed within a stringent time limit. Mr. Stephens spent months preparing for the competition, balancing a demanding caseload with rigorous training sessions, proving that determination can lead to success both in and out of the courtroom.
