Summer Law Clerks

Capehart Scatchard is pleased to welcome three law students to the Firm’s 2026 Summer Law Clerk Program.

This year’s summer law clerks are:

  • Glory Delgado – Rutgers School of Law–Camden
  • Jamada Garner – University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law
  • Gai Kaufman – Temple University Beasley School of Law

Capehart Scatchard’s Summer Law Clerk Program is designed to provide law students with meaningful, hands-on legal experience and an introduction to life as a Capehart Scatchard associate. Throughout the program, clerks work directly with attorneys across a broad range of practice areas and contribute to active legal matters and projects.

In addition to conducting legal research and drafting assignments, summer law clerks have opportunities to attend depositions, client meetings, court hearings, conferences, and real estate closings, offering valuable insight into the day-to-day practice of law.

This year’s summer law clerks are:

Jannine Huby – Wake Forest University School of Law

Courtney Todaro – Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law

The Firm’s Summer Law Clerk Program is designed to provide law students with meaningful, hands-on experience and a preview of life as a Capehart Scatchard associate. Clerks participate in substantive legal projects and gain exposure to a broad range of practice areas by working directly with attorneys across the firm. In addition to research and writing assignments, summer clerks have the opportunity to attend depositions, client meetings, court hearings, conferences, and real estate closings.

Summer clerks work on real projects and have an opportunity to explore many areas of the law and to work directly with attorneys within the Firm who concentrate in a wide variety of legal fields. In addition to research and writing, summer clerks have an opportunity to attend depositions, client meetings, hearings, conferences, and closings.
