Ms. Goldstein has been practicing exclusively Family Law for thirty-seven years. She handles cases relating to all aspects of family law including Assisted Reproductive Technology, divorce, separation, prenuptial agreements, custody cases, business valuations and all other cases and issues related to family law. She is also a certified mediator and a certified Collaborative Divorce attorney. Ms. Goldstein has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1992, and was the President of the New Jersey Chapter of the AAML from 2015-2016. Ms. Goldstein frequently lectures and has written numerous articles on a variety of subjects relating to family law.

Ms. Goldstein assisted New Jersey State Lawmakers at meetings and in the drafting of the Amended New Jersey Alimony Statute. She also testified at hearings before the New Jersey Senate Judiciary Committee in support of the final bill. The statute was passed in 2014.

Ms. Goldstein has appeared as a guest on numerous radio and television news programs, including appearances on “The Today Show,” “Access Hollywood,” “It’s Your Call With Lynn Doyle,” WHYY, CNN and MSNBC. Ms Goldstein has also been quoted in many publications, including “The Philadelphia Inquirer,” “The Courier Post,” and “The Burlington County Times.”
