Capehart Scatchard Attorney Addresses NovaCare Rehabilitation

Mt. Laurel, NJ – – Workers’ Compensation Attorney and firm Shareholder, Michael L. Bileci, Esq., recently spoke at the NovaCare Rehabilitation Industrial Seminar in Princeton, New Jersey.

Michael L. BeliciMr. Bileci spoke on the topic of “Permanency Awards – Statutory Provisions, Case Law and Other Factors that Impact Awards.” His presentation covered settlements under N.J.S.A. 34:15-20 and N.J.S.A. 34:15-22, how case law impacts both types of settlements, and factors that Judges of compensation frequently consider when they become involved in cases.

Mr. Bileci, a Woodbury resident, represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims at all stages of litigation. He received his law degree from Widener University School of Law, cum laude and his B.A. degree from Saint Joseph’s University, cum laude. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
