Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at the firm, in conjunction with the Diversity Inclusion and Leadership Committee of the Burlington County Bar Association (BCBA), made over one hundred greeting cards for residents of the Doreatha D. Campbell Senior Housing Complex in Willingboro, NJ.
The card-making project was undertaken in partnership with the Volunteer Center of Burlington County’s 17th Annual MLK Day Challenge. On January 5 and January 12, attorneys and staff from the firm and the BCBA gathered at the firm’s Mount Laurel office to decorate cards and write inspiring messages to bring smiles and encouragement to the card recipients.
