Attorneys and staff from Capehart Scatchard, along with family members, participated in the 3rd Annual 5K Walk/Run to End Homelessness on September 24, 2022. The event, benefitting Joseph’s House, a homeless shelter in Camden, was held at Cooper River Park in Pennsauken, NJ.

Capehart Scatchard was a Bronze Sponsor of the 5K event. Team Capehart, comprised of 15 walkers and runners, took first place in the amount of funds raised by a team. Workers’ Compensation Department Associate, Daniel Klementowski, took fourth place overall in the race. The firm raised more than $3,700 to help support the mission of Joseph’s House to aid men and women of South Jersey who are experiencing homelessness by offering a continuum of services including emergency shelter, access to supportive housing, and comprehensive social services.
