Mt. Laurel, NJ – – Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce Prudence M. Higbee has recently been named New Jersey Super Lawyers – Rising Stars 2008 as voted by their peers and facilitated by Law & Politics and New Jersey Monthly.
Ms. Higbee, a Washington Township resident, focuses her practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters. Among her professional activities, she is a member of the American, New Jersey State ( Workers’ Compensation Division) and Gloucester County Bar Associations. Additionally, Ms. Higbee is a alumni member of the Phi Delta Phi, Harrington Inn Honors Chapter.
Ms. Higbee received her law degree from Widener University School of Law, where she was a member of the Widener Law Symposium Journal, and her B.A. degree from Rowan University. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Higbee served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Samuel G. DeSimone, Assignment Judge of Vicinage 15. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
